I'm not a big fan of Prada style but I don't remember any Prada's advertising campaign that I didn't like. There's some kind of wirdness and artificiality that makes them so perfect. This one was directed by brilliant Steven Meisel. It has also great soundtrack featuring: "Funnel of Love" by Duck and Cover, "Dirt" by Tobacco, "Musaphonic" by Tom Recchion, "Kids" by Sleigh Bells and "Written All Over Your Face" by Ariel Pink. Actually the track "Written All Over Your Face" was recorded by Holy Shit but I do understand that Prada probably didn't want to have any shit in their campaign.

PRADA fall/winter 2012 menswear show
I've never followed men's fashion shows but since this one I probably will. And I don't mean Adrien Brody, Tim Roth, Gary Oldman or Willem Dafoe. It's this Third Reich men's uniforms aesthetics... It's not a big secret. I like it a lot. I always did. Some kind of soft spot of mine. What's more, Prada mixed it with dandy style. That gives us an explosive mixture. Nazi dandy? Well, works perfectly for me.
Ok, Adrien Brody looks really great in these clothes. Ironically.
