Fashion designer Gareth Pugh, created a makeup line with his long-time runway collaborator, MAC. “With a collection that goes from strong, deep and mysterious to light, fragile, and ethereal, I think we’ve created a truly versatile collection that hopefully you’ll be inspired by and want to wear.” Gareth Pugh said in a release. If you're in North America, you can get the collection starting November 23, and internationally in December. Below you can see video promoting this line. I think you might want to see this. The beauty of cyborgs. New era victorian style. Fragility of steel. That’s Gareth Pugh. I'm getting more and more obsessed with him . Yes, he graduated from Central St. Martins about which I can only dream. And yes, it’s obvious to say that he has something from the wilderness of Alexander McQueen’s designs. I always fall in love with those who push boundaries further and further. Those who can see a connection between apparently different fields and take advantage of combining them. That’s why I have always totally admired everything Alexander McQueen was doing. He was genius in combining things. Fragile victorian cyborgs. The beauty of cold steel. Cyborgs in victorian steel. A new connection between past and future. This is what the new Gareth Pugh spring / summer 2011 collection looks like.
